Wildfire Conference Information

Important Ticket Information: Please be sure you have printed off your tickets and not your receipt! The tickets were attached to the receipt e-mail you received from Eventbrite. Here is an example of what the tickets look like:

Dear Wildfire Attendee: I am very excited to see what God is going to do in, and through, the thousands of men attending the Wildfire Weekend conference at Liberty University! Get ready to be ministered to by Tim Tebow, Willie Robertson, Joe White, Rick Rigsby and more. Make sure you have signed up for your workshops and prepare to explore numerous demos and activities all centered on the love for our Creator, sports, and the great outdoors. Below are some very important details you will want to know about for the weekend. Group leaders, please forward this e-mail to those in your group. Schedule: Friday, March 8th 5:30 p.m. – Vines Center Doors Open 7:00 p.m. – Conference Begins – Main Session #1 – Tim Tebow, Bob Dees and Joe White 9:00 p.m. – Break for 30 Minutes 10:30 p.m. – Conference Ends Saturday, March 9th 7:00 a.m. – Vines Center Doors Open 8:00 a.m. – Workshops Begin – Round 1 10:00 a.m. – Main Session #2 Begins – John Smoltz and Rick Rigsby 11:30 a.m. – Lunch Break (Chick-fil-A® Boxed Lunches Distributed) 12:00 p.m. – God’s Man Luncheon (Ticketed Event) 1:00 p.m. – Workshops Begin – Round 2 2:00 p.m. – Break 3:00 p.m. – Closing Session Begins – Willie Robertson and Dan Seaborn 5:00 p.m. – Conference Ends Tickets: Don’t forget your tickets! There are a few tickets to keep up with for this event. Please make sure to bring all of the tickets below that apply to you: General Admission Ticket (these include Kid’s, Student and Military tickets) Workshop Tickets Chick-fil-A® Boxed Lunch Ticket(s) God’s Man Luncheon Ticket Tim Tebow Meet and Greet Ticket Willie Robertson Meet and Greet Ticket The tickets that were e-mailed to you will be your admission to the event both Friday night and Saturday morning. You should either have an e-ticket to print off or tickets that arrived in the mail. If you have not received your tickets by e-mail or mail, please call 1.800.526.8673 and talk to a Wildfire customer service representative. Directions: Liberty University 1971 University Boulevard Lynchburg, VA 24502 USA From 29 North (from Danville, VA) Take 29 North to Lynchburg. After passing the Lynchburg Regional Airport on left, merge right onto 29 North/460 East. Go one mile to the Liberty University/Candler’s Mountain Road/Route 670 exit, which will be on your right. Go straight through the stop sign and make your first right, crossing the bridge onto the main Liberty University campus. From 29 South (from Charlottesville, VA) Take 29 South to Lynchburg. Merge onto 29 South/460 West just outside of Lynchburg. Take the second Candler's Mountain Road exit (Candler’s Mountain Road/University Blvd.). Turn left at light onto University Blvd. and continue straight to enter the main Liberty University campus. From 460 East (from Roanoke, VA) Take 460 East to Lynchburg. 29 North will merge with 460 East. One mile later, take the Liberty University/Candler’s Mountain Road/Route 670 exit, which will be on your right. Go straight through the stop sign and make your first right, crossing the bridge onto the main Liberty University campus. From 460 West (from Richmond, VA) Take 460 West to Lynchburg. 29 South will merge with 460 West just outside Lynchburg. Take the second Candler's Mountain Road exit (Candler’s Mountain Road/University Blvd.). Turn left at light onto University Blvd. and continue straight to enter the main Liberty University campus. From I-95 (from Richmond, VA) Take I-64 West to Charlottesville, and then take 29 South from Charlottesville to Lynchburg. (See above directions from 29 South.) Campus Map/Parking/Shuttle/Church Buses: Below is a printable PDF showing what parking lots are open and where our shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations are located. Wildfire will also have signs on campus distinguishing shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations. Note to Church Bus Drivers: If you are driving a busload of men to the conference, please note that you are able to drop them off at the Vines Center and then park your bus. Walking: While we have selected the closest and best parking areas for the weekend, be prepared to walk. We will have shuttles constantly running on campus; however, the quickest way to get from place to place will be by walking. Lunch: The Chick-fil-A® boxed lunches are currently sold out! Please remember to bring a boxed lunch ticket for each member in your group on Saturday in order to receive your lunch(es). If you were not able to purchase a Chick-fil-A® boxed lunch in time, we will have other food vendor options available on-site for your convenience during the conference weekend. Merchandise: We have taken the Wildfire gear to an entirely new level! Short-sleeve shirts, long-sleeve shirts, camo shirts, hats, knives, flashlights and more will be sold at the conference. Also, we will be carrying Tim Tebow’s book, Through My Eyes, and John Smotlz’s book, Starting and Closing. Here is a sneak peak at some of the products that will be available for purchase. Supplies are limited, so get your Wildfire gear early!

Workshops: We have assembled the world’s leading experts to conduct workshops covering topics such as: hunting, fishing, football, home defense, marriage, baseball, disaster preparedness, and many more. Please be sure to have your workshop tickets with you on Saturday morning. There will be two workshop times on Saturday – 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We will be utilizing areas such as the: Liberty Football Stadium Liberty Baseball Stadium Liberty Soccer Field Liberty Indoor Practice Track DeMoss Hall Thomas Road Baptist Church Power Source Room LaHaye Center Basketball Courts
